Product Description
The sensor of the switch is piston type and diaphragm type combination. Can be used to control the compressed air which contains oil mist and other gas which contains oil mist which will not exert corrosion to sensor material and hydraulic oil, water-oil mixture corrisve liquid and neutrial liquid medium with good lubricating property. The Set Point is adjustable, the adjustable range is from 0.3 to 40 Mpa.

The adjustment of the Set Point
The adjustment method of Dead Band Non-adjustable switches.
Example: Choose order content No. 0916700 product, a contact signal is required to be generated when pressure raises to 5Mpa( the Increasing Set Point). The steps listed as the following:
1.1 Loosen the locknut, before setting, please screw the product into the threaded connection of test desk, simulate the real working condition to exert pressure on to the product 2 minutes. A spanner must be used to clamp the plane part of the sensor, in order to avoid the countermovement between the shell and the sensor.
1.2 Open the cover, put the cable through the electrical connection into the terminal board, the other end to be linked with multimeter.
1.3. Add pressure to 5Mpa, the value can be read from the standard menometer.
1.4. Clockwise rotate the Set Point Adjusting Bolt, the Set Point value will become biger, until the contact points switches at 5Mpa.
1.5. Tighten the locknut, and regulate the pressure of the testing desk to be arround at 5Mpa, to check if it switches at the 5Mpa when pressure rises. This is just the Increasing Set Point. The correspoding Decreasing Set Point should be 5Mpa minus the Dead Band 1.1Mpa(approximately), thus to be 3.9Mpa(approximately)
