The sensor of YWK-50-C Pressure Switches is Bellowes. The Switches can be suitable for gas, steam such gasous medium and fluid medium. The Set Point is adjustable, the adjustable range is from -0.1 Mpa to 4Mpa. It utilize waterproof Cast-Aluminum enclosure, so it can meed the requriement for vessel.
Switching Elements: Microswitches
Protection Class of Enclosure: IP44
Ambient temperature: -25º C~55º C
Anti-Vibration: 2~25Hz, 1.6mm
25~100Hz, 40m/s2
Repeatablity Error: Please refer to the sheet listed below
Electrical rating: AC 380V, 3A(Resistance)
DC 220V, 2.5A(Resistance)
The Adjustment of Set Point
The steps of how to adjust the Set Point, please refer to belows
[Example] Choose Switch of 0~0.8mPa, it is required that the Out-put pressure of the gas compressor to preserve between 0.5~0.6Mpa.
Put-in the junction box of the Switch into the compressor control circuit (terminal 1.3 actuate when pressure falls, and will deactuate when pressure rises). Release the gas which is to be controlled to the bellows chamber.
Rotate the Set Point Adjusting Bolt, to make the pointer stay at the 0.5Mpa of the calibration. This is the Decreasing Set Point.
Electrify the compressor, to make the pressure rising. Repeat to change the Set Point Adjusting Bolt, to test and ensure it switches when pressure rise.
Installation
Open the cover, put the Switch onto the gauge dash board, Any hand or tool touch with the is forbidden, to avoid the change of the performance.
Screw-off the Lock-nut and rotate the Set Point Adjusting Bolt, to make the pointer stay at the calibration which is to be set, fasten the Lock-nut.
Rotate the Dead Band Adjusting Bolt, to the value of needs.
Screw-off the connector, weld the Pilot Pressure Pipe with OD 6mm on the sleeve, fasten the connector to seal the connecting pipe, medium to be controlled goes into Bellows chamber through Pilot Pressure Pipe. Just refer to below sketch map.
Countercheck if the installation is steady, re-cover the enclosure, electrify the power. Regular calibrating the Switches according to its application situation.
Cautions
What the pointer indicates is the Decreasing Set Point, the Set Point Adjustable Range just the Adjustable Range of the Decreasing Set Point.
The figures on the Dead Band Adjusting Bolt NOT REPRESENTS the actual value of the Dead Band but the magnitude grade. The actual value should be read from the standard gauge.
When the medium which is to be controlled does not exceed a certain given pressure, the pointer should be at the position which is smaller than the given figuer, once it is fixed, DO NOT rotate the Dead Band Adjusting Bolt.
The Dead Band Adjustable Range in the table are the minimum adjustable range which can be guaranteed, the practical range can be wider.
