The Sensor of the Switches is capillary thermometer bulb, can be apply to gas which will not exert corrosion on Brass and Brass alloy, steam such gasous medium or liquid medium. The Set Point Adjustable range is from -60ºC to +170ºC. WTZK-50-C, the shell material is Casting Aluminum, water-proof structure can meet the requirements of vessel use. WTZK-50, the shell is phenolic plastic, it is the general type.
The Adjustment of Set Point
The steps of how to adjust the Set Point, please refer to belows
[Example] Choose Temperature Switch of specifications -15ºCto 15ºC, it is required maintain the refrigeratory temperature between -8ºC to -5ºC. See the steps listed below
Fix the thermometer bulb in the refrigeratory, mount the switch on the dash board outer the refrigeratory, the capillary should be fixed steady, link the switch and power circle by leads
Rotate the Set Point Adjusting Bolt, to make the pointer stay at the calibration of -8ºC. This is the Decreasing Set Point.
Switch should auto switch-off when interior temperature fall to -8ºC, and switch-on when temperature warm-up to -5ºC, this is the Increasing Set Point, repeat the steps for several times to make sure.
Installation
Remove the cover, put the Switch onto the gauge instrument board vertically, Any hand or tool touch with the is forbidden, to avoid the change of the performance.
Screw-off the Lock-nut and rotate the Set Point Adjusting Bolt, to make the pointer stay at the calibration which is to be set, fasten the Lock-nut.
Rotate the Dead Band Adjusting Bolt, to the value of needs.
Thermometer bulb and capillary: Thermometer bulb should be immerged in the medium, the surrounding medium should keep flow with average temperature, the capillary pipe curve radius should not smaller than 50mm. Each 300mm a clip should be used to fix the capillary on the instrument board. Series no. 1 to no. 4, the ambient temperature for the capillary to pass through should be higher than 3ºC of the Set temperature. Series no. 9 to no. 10, the ambient temperature should be higher than 5ºC, please avoid to flat the capillary by machanical collision during installation.
Countercheck if the installation is steady, re-cover the enclosure, electrify the power. Regular calibrating the Switches according to its application situation.
Cautions
What the pointer indicates is the Decreasing Set Point, the Set Point Adjustable Range just the Adjustable Range of the Decreasing Set Point.
The figures on the Dead Band Adjusting Bolt does not REPRESENTS the actual value of the Dead Band but the magnitude grade. The actual value should be read from the standard gauge.
When the medium which is to be controlled does not exceed a certain given pressure, the pointer should be at the position which is smaller than the given figuer, once it is fixed, DO NOT rotate the Dead Band Adjusting Bolt.
The Dead Band Adjustable Range in the table are the minimum adjustable range which can be guaranteed, the practical range can be wider.

Mounting Position
WTZK-50-C each direction 22.5 inclination can work normally.
WTZK-50 each direction 10 inclination can work normally.
Remarks: the series no. from 5 to 10, those sizes thermometer bulbs should be tried to mounted on the same horizontal position with bottom of shell, to reduce the additional error which caused by the liquid column
The length of capillary
optional length are: 1m, 3m, 5m, 10m, 12m, the length should be figured out in order.
